Mentor Mentee Session

  1. Mentor–Mentee Program

Introduction

The Womennovator Mentor–Mentee Program is a structured one-on-one personalized mentoring initiative created to provide focused guidance, clarity, and career direction to women and young aspirants.

Each mentor–mentee session is designed as an approximately one-hour interaction, conducted in both online and approved offline modes, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants from different locations and backgrounds.

These sessions are thoughtfully curated to support participants in areas such as academic decision-making, career planning, leadership development, confidence building, and work–life balance. By engaging in meaningful conversations with experienced professionals, mentees receive practical insights, industry exposure, and motivation that help them take informed and confident steps toward their personal and professional goals.
